Chipco Letter from the CEO
As
a small reseller and network consultant since 1990, I have been
exposed to a variety of personal computer hardware and networking
products. As a result of successful years of reselling white
box PCs, networking products and components; in an effort to meet
market demands, I realized it was time to expand my business.
Chipco Computer Distributors, Inc., a wholesale distributor facility
based in Columbia, South Carolina, was established in 1994.
Chipco has grown exponentially every year since its inception.
The reason for this, I believe is simple; we view our customers
as the reason for our existence.
Our
mission statement is our company’s guiding principle.
Everyone at Chipco Computer Distributors, from the Sales Reps, to
the Office Assistant, to the Inventory Receiver knows the mission
statement. I see the company’s growth and success as
follows:
We
build long-term relationships with every customer we serve by providing
exceptional value, consistently high quality products, competitive
pricing and outstanding services.
Chipco’s
core values are focused on the caliber and competence of our people
and on the reliability of the top-quality products and services
they deliver. We respect our people as the company’s
strongest and most valuable resource. We carry Tier
One, Tier Two, and Tier Three products and stand behind our products
with warranty services.
Service
and quality is our number one mission. We are dedicated to
producing quality machines that will not only meet, but exceed,
our customers’ needs and expectations. It has been my
experience that the greatest reward in the business is the expression
on the face of a satisfied customer. We value every
customer; from the smaller, independent reseller to the large distributor,
each filling an equally vital role. Our continued growth and
success is dependant upon the continued support of each.
While
there has been much fluctuation in our industry, I believe that
the future looks bright and holds many exciting prospects and wonderful
opportunities for us all. I feel that there will always be
a need for small resellers and independent consultants in our field
and I welcome the opportunity to work with you.
Again,
my mission is to not only provide quality products and services
that exceed customer expectation but to also value all
of my customers to the best of my ability. Today, more than
ever, the spirit of going the extra mile is critical in distinguishing
yourself in the marketplace. I am committed to going that
